Is the Clickycard mobile application free?
The Clickycard application is free for downloading. It is the same for your personal account on www.clicky-card.com. Only professionals and associations wishing to create their own interactive business card will have to pay for this service. However, Clickycard does not support the costs of connection and communication that could lead to the use of the mobile application and the website. Indeed, some functionalities of the mobile application require an internet connection and a Clickycard sharing could entail expenses from your phone company (this depends on your mobile plan including or not the cost of SMS). However, the majority of current mobile plans offer unlimited Internet connection and SMS sendings up to a certain monthly limit (in case of doubt, check with your mobile operator terms of use).

How do I create my Clickycard?
A Clickycard is simply the virtualization of your current paper business card. To do so, simply fill out the form to create your Clickycard and send us your card image file in front and back. The size of the graphic file has to be: 960 x 560 pixels (touch-ups can be performed by our editorial team to optimize the quality of the final rendering or to adapt the size to the good one). Under a period of 24 hours (working days), you have access to your Clickycard from the mobile application or your personal account on www.clicky-card.com.

Does the recipient of a card necessarily need to have the application already installed on his phone to receive a Clickycard?
No, and it is one of key points of Clickycard. Indeed, if the addressee has no application beforehand installed on his smartphone, the link appearing on the SMS or the email will manage automatically the person towards the download of the Clickycard mobile application on Apple Store or Google Play if its phone allows it. Once the application downloaded, it is enough to click again the link received to keep the Clickycard definitively.

How do I send a card received from my Smartphone?
You can send a Clickycard by SMS, by email or on social networks by clicking on the "return button” in the top menu bar. You also have the ability to send a card from your free personal account on the www.clicky-card.com website only by e-mail (especially for people with no compatible Smartphone) and share it on social networks. Important: possible communication and connection costs are in charge by the sender.

If I receive a business card and don't have a compatible Smartphone, how can I view it?
A free user account, accessible on www.clicky-card.com, allows those who have not Smartphone or a compatible one to visualize received cards, to send them again by email and to share them on social networks. So, even if the addressee has no compatible Smartphone, he or she can visualize all the same your business card on the www.clicky-card.com web site.

Free virtual business cards applications already exist...
There are actually many free applications of business cards but whose objective is different from Clickycard. I don't have the time to send my card...
You are not forced to send a card to each request but in one time, at the end of day for example. Indeed, just go to your personal account in the www.clicky-card.com website and create a batch sending file of your contacts that you will send in few clicks from your Smartphone (SMS and/or e-mail network) or from your PC if you don't have a Smartphone (only email will be validated in this case).

What should I do if my business card data change?
Update your card and all those sent is possible from your personal account in www.clicky-card.com website. The update has a cost you can consult on your personal account and will be effective within maximum 24 hours (working days). Thus, all your contacts will have a card with updated data in real time. We recommend that you send us again a graphic file of your updated card.

What should I do if I change my email?
Clickycard recognizes your account by your email and your password. If your e-mail address should change, you can modify them from your personal account for free. The changes will be updated in real time.

I do not want that my business card is visible in your internal directory...
No problem, just check the box reserved for this purpose during your membership inscription or on your personal account at any time. This change is free and in real time.

Can I download the Clickycard app on my Pad (Ipad or Android)?
Any application for Smartphone can be downloaded on a pad with the same operating system. However, the Clickycard application is not currently optimized for this type of support so we have created an adapted and optimized website especially for pads at the same adress www.clicky-card.com.

What are the payment methods you are proposing?
You can pay for your purchases by credit card in a fully secure way. You also have the option to use your Paypal account.

Why prices are taxes excluded?
Clickycard and its associated products and services are intended for professionals. Therefore, all prices quoted on the website are expressed in €uro (EUR) Excluding Taxes (Excl. Taxes). But the final amount of your order will be inclusive of all Taxes (VAT 19.6%). If you are not based in France, there is no tax.

How many cards can be stored in the Clickycard application?
All Clickycard application data and all your personal account on the www.clicky-card.com website are stored in our secure and encrypted server. There is almost no limit so it is possible to store thousands of cards.

If I lose my mobile phone, will I lose all my cards?
No, all your cards are stored in your profile and can be viewed from any Smartphone or from your personal account on the website www.clicky-card.com.

What are ClickyNews? Are they limited in time?
ClickyNews are notifications (email) sent to all holders of your Clickycard and who have consented to receive such information. Each ClickyNews can be associated with a maximum 10 MB file (files types accepted: PDF, JPG or PNG). In addition, you will have access to powerful marketing tools in order to develop an effective commercial strategy (notification sent at a specific time, reading rate,...). Finally, you can use your credits whenever you want without limitation in time.

What is the time of validation of a ClickyNews?
The processing time of a ClickyNews by our editorial team is 24 hours max (see Terms of use and of sale to be aware of the acceptance or the rejection of a push notification). Every request of sending must thus be upper than 24 hours.

What kind of cards can be integrated into Clickycard?
Any type of business cards, front and back, can be integrated in the Clickycard application. However, for technical reasons, only the 'classic' rectangular sizes are correctly visible (size: 960 x 560 pixels). Thus, if a business card should have an uncommon size, we will propose you the most suitable cutting or a refusal of integration. In addition, with regard to the image of your card, it must be a JPG or PNG file and of course it must represent a single card (front and/or back) and must not be blurred or be damaged and of a resolution of 150 dpi minimum (original picture file preferred, scans accepted if very good quality). Important: the editorial team reserves the right to refuse a business card integration if the final report is not sufficiently readable from the application. In this case, possible collected sums will be fully reimbursed as soon as possible.

Is it possible to combine several own cards to one customer account?
Today, only a card can be associated to a customer account, so a single number mobile/e-mail. However, a next update will allow a client to manage multiple cards from his personal account (tool primarily intended for SMEs and large businesses) and we'll be sure to notify our customers and users of Clickycard.

When will I take advantage of the offer of sponsorship?
When your friend will complete the creation of his Clickycard form, it must specify the sponsorship code that you have provided (email reusable at will for other users !). The sponsorship offer will thus be active for each in the 24 hours following the payment confirmation of your sponsored friend. An email confirmation will notify you.

How are my account and my Clickycard data stored and what use can be made of these data?
Data are stored on an encrypted server and dedicated to the exclusive use of the Clickycard Company. In any case, the data that you entrust to us will not be used for any other use.

How to create a CSV File for batch sending?
Preambule: A batch sending of Clickycards requires creating a CSV (comma separated value) file that you can establish by using spreadsheets such as Excel or by exportation of your database if you can. Becareful, it is essential to separate the mobile numbers of emails into 2 separate files and proceed to separate sharings.
Creating the file from Excel: Firstly, cells in which you enter your contacts mobile numbers must be 'text' type. To do this, select the relevant column (for example: click A) then click-right cell format/text. It must be the proper title of the column of data capture (mobiles for mobile numbers and mail for emails) then enter the mobile phone numbers or emails one below the other as shown in the example (PDF file available on your personal account/Import CSV file). Once you have completed your entry, save the file in the format "CSV (comma separated value)" (click on OK and Yes in the warning window). Important: for international sending (mobile numbers or emails), please create as many separate files for different languages in order to transmit messages in the appropriate language (Ex: a file for French-speaking countries and one for English-speaking countries) and don't forget the prefixes for phone numbers in the form 00XX and not +XX.
Batch sending: you have created one or more CSV files and now want to send it to all the listed contacts in just a few clicks. To do this, log on to your customer account on www.clicky-card.com (section "my Clickycard") and click "Import CSV". Enter a title for your file and select the type of coordinates corresponding to the CSV file you want to send (mobile numbers or emails), and then download the corresponding file. In the case of a sharing by email, you can do so either from your computer (Batch sending section and select the downloaded file) or from the Clickycard application (batch sending button in the section "my Clickycard" and then select: By email /From a CSV file and then select the file that you downloaded previously). In the case of a sharing by SMS, you can do that only through the Clickycard application (batch sending button in the section "my Clickycard" and select: By SMS/from a CSV file and then select the file that you downloaded previously).
Caution: The CSV file is improperly configured if the "upload failed" message appears.
